Bomond French 75 1 oz Bomond Vodka 0.5 oz Lemon Juice 0.5 oz Simple Syrup Splash of Sparkling wine Shake the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Strain into Champagne Flute and top with Prosecco or another dry Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist.
